		<description>If you think about it, the car industry is just a microcosm of our socio-political society. They are both saddled with huge legacy costs and uninspired people. I just read an interview of Richard Branson, billionaire entrepreneur. One particular quote jumped out at me. &quot;If your staff is inspired and enjoying their work, they&#039;ll do what it takes to make the company succeed.&quot; It seems to me that GM, Ford and Chrysler don&#039;t have any inspired people that are enjoying their work. Better to give them invigorating leadership plus the ability to make decisions that excite them rather than $17 Billion and more government interference!!</description>
