			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>When I was a kid, I remember my mother always saying things like, &#8220;Money comes to money&#8221;… and &#8220;You need money to make money, Craig.&#8221;</p>
<p>Well, this is obviously NOT the truth, and I&#8217;m living proof of this, ten times over.</p>
<p>Unfortunately, these are misconceptions that people who don&#8217;t have money often buy into.  And sadly, these are the exact kinds of beliefs that wind up selling you (and your family) really short.</p>
<p>DC Fawcett knows what it takes to make money as well.  He&#8217;s a young kid &#8211; well, to me he&#8217;s a kid at only 31 &#8211; and he&#8217;s done VERY well for himself.</p>
<p>When he first came to me, he had just created his first consulting business &#8211; and frankly, although it was a great concept… it was the right idea in the wrong marketplace.  This is a common mistake lots of people make, early on (I know I did, several times).  But he took it to heart, and went back to work.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>Hard to believe but in just the last 24 hours, over 7,300 people have watched the first lesson in Commercial Real Estate, that I let you know about yesterday.</p>
<p>Even though I am NOT a real estate guru by any stretch of the imagination, when I watched it myself, here are the most important points I took away:</p>
<p>1. The strategies for doing these deals aren&#8217;t complicated and you don&#8217;t have to deal with Wall Street Bankers, just because the money involved is larger than in residential real estate, for example.  In actuality, these are &#8220;regular people.&#8221;</p>
<p>2.  They don&#8217;t require any cash or credit.  This was the biggest eye-opener for me.  See, unlike residential real estate, where the bank qualifies the borrower &#8212; in Commercial deals, the property itself qualifies.  So if your cash-flow from the property itself can support the bank loan, then you&#8217;re in.  If it can&#8217;t, then the property obviously can&#8217;t qualify.  But… why on earth someone want buy a Commercial property that can&#8217;t support itself in the first place, right?</p>
<p>3.  What has happened to residential real estate is like a flea on an elephant&#8217;s back, as opposed to what&#8217;s going to happen to Commercial properties in the next 18 months.  What this means, is that NOW is the time to get involved in this, AHEAD of the curve.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>Over the last few days, you have seen me support DC Fawcett, one of the members of my Mastermind Group.</p>
<p>Candidly, I am doing this for three reasons, in this order.</p>
<p>One, as I said, DC is a member of my Mastermind Group and I&#8217;ll do whatever I possibly can to support the members of this group.  I work closely with these folks and I&#8217;m genuinely concerned about their success. </p>
<p>Two, this is a fantastic program he&#8217;s offering and the planning, development, and creation of his launch has been outstanding. </p>
<p>If you&#8217;ve been with me for any length of time, then you know the most important thing I have is &#8220;time.&#8221;  If you&#8217;ve tried to e-mail or call me then you know that&#8217;s true, because I don&#8217;t ever respond or answer the phone unless you have a (paid for) appointment. </p>

<p>The biggest problem DC has is that he can&#8217;t get people to bring him enough deals.  That&#8217;s the REAL business he&#8217;s in.  As a matter of fact, I happen to know he&#8217;s actually been approached to consult and work with many other real estate &#8220;gurus&#8221; to help them with their own product launches.  And he&#8217;s declined all of these opportunities.</p>

<p>The answer is simple: he&#8217;s not in the publishing or consulting business.  He&#8217;s in the Short Sale business, and having negotiated over 200 deals in the last 6 years, that&#8217;s where his time is most profitably and wisely spent.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>Last week I mentioned the interesting stuff one of the members of my Mastermind group is doing.</p>
<p>DC Fawcett basically reinvented his business and figured out how to leverage current technology everyone is already using, to make an absolute killing and create and entirely new (and I genuinely mean NEW) way of doing real estate.</p>
<p>He recently just posted a video detailing a step-by-step proven case study about how one of his students made over $200K shorting a 3,500 square foot luxury home in a waterfront community.</p>
<p>See, just like it takes basically the same amount of effort to sell something for $997 as it does to sell something for $1,997&#8230; DC discovered it takes the same amount of effort to short a luxury home as it does to short a home in the hood.</p>
<p>So he figured, why not create a system that&#8217;s specifically customized to sell an infinite number of luxury homes?  And that&#8217;s exactly what he did.</p>
<p>Anyway, check out the video of this new case study DC just posted.</p>
<p>Interesting case: the short-seller got the house from a lead in the MLS listings, and used no money and no credit to obtain it.  He never saw the house and he never even had to attend the closing.</p>
<p>Apparently, and I don&#8217;t know how he did this, he even got a company to fill the house with furniture for no money as well.</p>
<p>DC also goes over a number of other deals his students are doing.  All of them have very similar components: </p>
<p>*  All have netted a profit over $100K</p>
<p>*  100% of the deals were completed by JV partners and outside negotiators, so the short-seller didn&#8217;t have to do anything other than FIND the deal (and they find it through a JV partner as well)</p>
<p>Watch his video.  Because after you see the process in action, you’ll be able to copy EXACTLY what he’s doing, so you too, can make a minimum of $100K per deal in this market, using no cash or credit while your JV Partners and your negotiator do 100% of the work for you.</p>

<p>Please appreciate a few things here.</p>
<p>First, I am NOT part of the syndicate of real estate promoters that promotes one real estate guy after another.  In fact, if you&#8217;ve been with me for any length of time, then you already know I rarely promote anyone.</p>
<p>Second, DC is a member of my mastermind group, and frankly, besides getting business and marketing advice from me, I&#8217;ve had an opportunity to get to know him and to watch him grow.  You learn a lot about someone by watching how they react when they&#8217;re faced with adversity, and DC did a great job when faced with serious adversity, around 6 months ago.</p>
<p>And lastly, this happens to be a very solid, very genuine opportunity that maximizes the amount of cash you can extract from the current real estate marketplace.  I&#8217;ve seen the canceled checks and I&#8217;ve worked closely with DC and had the opportunity to peek behind the scenes of his operation.</p>
<p>In fact, one of the biggest issues he had was that his system was generating too MUCH business and so he had to scale back to the point where he was only working on the LARGEST cash-flow situations, and showing his students how to do the same thing.</p>
